Is corperate America making us commies?

The trend of the past few years is to use the catch word "team" i.e. team leader, team work, team building exercises. Why is this. I thought free market was to reward individuals to "think outside the box." Now if you have a problem we need to assembly a "team of..." I could see if you want to get a new set of eyes to look at something. When you have say 10 people working on a project eventually they all begin to see the same thing and can't figure out the problem. This to me just feels like we are all being groomed to not have an individual thought.


Come all and become part of the collective. I say break out of those chains and young ones think for yourself.
