A lonely day

Boy the day has kind of sucked just can't get motivated. Did some stuff with the kids. I think they're bored with dad today. Since the break up, this has been the day that I have actually felt alone. Devoid of the companionship that I have had in the past. I guess I am just missing the "adult conversation."
