Contridiction in terms?

While driving at work today I notice one of the Adopt a Highway signs. The group that is helping us keep this section of roadway clean is what caught my eye. The groups name; Atheists for Human Rights. My argument is in this country and most of the world laws and rights are a moral issue. Being that morality plays a place in our lives everyday. Now you look at our Bill of Rights. Inalienable rights endowed by our creator. This lines hints to a supreme being. It's kind of odd to me when you look at from different angles. In whatever religion or belief system there is right and wrong. No matter how we believe it is a question that can be asked and answered in several ways.
